Beautiful jacket, delivery longer than expected.

I wasn’t sure the item was going to arrive as it took 2wks following the order date. 4days after the order was placed I received a dispatch email, then nothing. I sent an email chasing the order reference but the email was never answered. In the meantime the tracking became untraceable and I didn’t think the item would arrive at all. However, it did arrive after 2wks. The jacket is beautiful and of good quality. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, delivery was just abit longer than expected.
