Return process
Do you need to return a package for any reason?
Please contact us at info@clarke-london.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Items must be returned in their original condition unused, undamaged, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is received at our facility.
No restocking fees apply. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds
As soon as we have received your package, we will send you a confirmation email. The processing and refund can take up to 14 days. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for your order.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clarke-london.com. Make sure you contact us before your order is processed so that we can respond to your request.
Defective/damaged items
Your package has arrived, but there is a problem? If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at info@clarke-london.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please include photos, your order number and a description of the problem. We will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly.
Exchange
We accept returns. If you wish to exchange your item, simply contact us at info@clarke-london.com and our customer service team will advise you on how to proceed.
